In India we also do manufacturing and installation of large diameter columns such
as Vacuum Distillation Towers, Crude Distillation Towers, Wash Towers, and Coke

200' and diameters as wide as 16'. EMS's Fabrication Plants in Kathawad and Kuha

PRESSURES VESSELS(MS/SS),EVAPORATORS & HEAT EXCHANGERS
With nearly 20 years of experience in fabricating, we are experts in the design,
engineering, manufacturing, testing, and certification of Pressure Vessels. We are
certified to manufacture unfired pressure vessels whose construction complies with
ASME Code, Section VIII, Division I and welding in accordance with Section IX. Highland
labels ASME vessels with a "U" for unfired pressure vessels with authority granted
by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. We are also certified
to make alterations or perform repairs on vessels in operation, in which case an
"R" label would be applied.Our ASME Code approved quality control program monitors
the design, materials, construction, welding, and testing methods employed throughout
the vessel production.
Our references include more than 100 shop fabricated pressure vessels & fixed floating
head heat exchangers. While the ASME Pressure Vessel Code is the most common design
basis for our pressure vessels, we have extensive experience with a variety of country
specific pressure vessels codes as well as industry/application design standards.

in the world scenario with robust investments planned in Power, Infra-structure
and other Allied Industries, EMS GROUP keenly moves ahead to play a key-role in

The division mainly caters to the structural needs of power plants, boiler house
structures and other BOP structures.
It also meets the structural requirement of infrastructural projects such as Chemical
plant, water treatment plant, Airports, Flyovers, and Bridges etc. It undertakes
fabrication works on site for above projects anywhere in the country apart from
in- shop manufacture and supply.
EMS GROUP is further expanding its structural division by setting up an additional
plant and machinery adjacent to the present plant to augment its capacity.
